Last month, an awesome info hit the web stating that the great Clint Eastwood whose last on screen acting gig was in Gran Torino (which I consider to be a timeless classic in my book) will return as an actor again in WB’s TROUBLE WITH THE CURVE which marks the feature directorial debut of his longtime business partner/assistant director, Robert Lorenz.
Scripted by Randy Brown, Eastwood will play an aging baseball scout, who’s losing his sight and goes on a last road trip to Atlanta with his daughter to scout a hotshot prospect.

Variety reported that the estranged daughter role has been offered to the beautiful talented Amy Adams a.k.a Lois Lane in MAN OF STEEL.
The trade says the choice was between Sandra Bullock or Adams but Bullock is busy and Adams might be busy as well, so her involvement with this project is not yet locked in
I’m glad Eastwood’s will act again, if J. Edgar proved anything we could all use a break from director Eastwood and his serious, depressing movies, we want the Actor eastwood back.
