There was a time when truly artistic posters thrived. We had a boom in the 70s with a lot of wonderfully stylized and iconic film posters like Taxi Driver, not to mention works by artists such as Saul Bass and Drew Struzan. Recently many independent designers have been bringing the art back to film posters and the latest comes Koray Doyran with his pair of Turkish posters for Paul Thomas Anderson’s The Master.
