Comic-Con ’10: RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE Panel With Anderson, Jovovich, Wentworth, And Very Pregnant Ali Larter

The Comic-Con ’10 panel for RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE surprised me because I didn’t know Ali Larter was pregnant. Ya know I usually don’t read tabloids or gossip blogs, I could care less who hooks up with who or who knocks up who. Well, sometimes I’d find some info interesting but either case, judging by the panel yesterday, Larter made pregnancy look o so good. Director Paul W.S. Anderson was there along with star Milla Jovovich and Went worth Miller. So while Larter did look good, the clip they showed at the event was anything but…
In the clip, Alice, Claire and Redfield and an Asian dude were trying to escape through some kind of tunnel, there was water everywhere. But then a massive zombie giant slashed the Asian in half and attacked Alice and Claire. Alice got knocked the F out, she’s on the floor about to get axed by the giant when Claire suddenly shot it from behind, resulting in a fight between the two that ended with Alice sliding on the floor and shot giant in the freakin’ face. The giant went down, a few seconds of calm but then the giant slowly went back up again but Alice regained consciousness, woke up and finished the job. The fight choreography wasn’t inventive, in fact it was boring and neither the slow-mo nor 3D action helped. I’m predicting this will be yet another colossal FAIL in Resident Evil franchise.
