Phew! I’ve been away far too long today. My bad my friends. My bad! Real quick now, shall we?! Lorenzo di Bonaventura, the super producer who brought us those Transformers movies, according to Variety is set to produce movies based on the six-part fantasy series THE SECRETS OF THE IMMORTAL NICHOLAS FLAMEL by author Michael Scott who will also serve as executive producer with Barry Krost. Before we go on, let me just tell you that I’m not familiar with these books but if you know more, do give me a holla…
Some say this series is going to be the one that takes on the next decade after Harry Potter franchise is done with. The first three of Scotts’ books were THE ALCHEMYST, THE MAGICIAN and THE SORCERESS, they’re about fifteen-year-old twins Sophie and Josh as they adventure across several continents with the immortal alchemyst of the title, Nicholas Flamel.
The fourth book titled THE NECROMANCER will be published in May.
You can check out the books over at Amazon today.
