GOTTI: IN THE SHADOW OF MY FATHER, Starring John Travolta, Begins Production January 3rd, 2012

Production company Fiore Films, via comingsoon, has announced that GOTTI: IN THE SHADOW OF MY FATHER (formerly titled Gotti: Three Generations) will start filming in New York on January 3rd, Pre-production starts this September. starring John Travolta as John Gotti Sr. a.k.a The Dapper Don. Joe Pesci will play Gotti deputy Angelo Ruggiero. Lindsay Lohan will play Kim Gotti
Al Pacino is set to play Gambino crime family underboss Neil Dellacroce, a mentor to Gotti Sr.
The recent script revision is by Barry Levinson and James Toback.
They’re going to cast an actors for the roles of John Gotti, Jr. and Victoria Gotti, within the next few weeks.

Fiore Films acquired life rights from John Gotti, Jr., the son of the late mob boss John Gotti, to the story of his life with his father. The deal marks the first time a member of the Gotti family has entered into an agreement to tell their story for a major motion picture.
