Guillermo Del Toro is STRANGE

Besides the fact that Del Toro IS sorta strange for having wanted to taken a lot of book projects including THE HOBBIT, apparently according to Empire, he also wants Marvel’s Dr. STRANGE.
Dr. who? Exactly!
He’s not as famous as Iron Man or Hulk or any other Marvel creation. Dr. STRANGE is the Sorcerer Supreme, a weird hero with silly outfit who defends the mystical universe, he fights supernatural villains and evil magicians. David Copperfield better run and hide.

“I talked with Neil Gaiman [about writing it],” del Toro told Empire. “I said, that’s an interesting character because you can definitely make him more in the pulpy occult detective/magician mould and formula than was done in the Weird Tales, for example…the idea of a character that really dabbles in the occult in a way that’s not X-Filey, where the supernatural is taken for granted. That’s interesting…But I wouldn’t use the suit!”

Who would wanna?!
