Screen Gems has released the trailer, via moviefone, of the upcoming drama starring Paltrow as a blond hot country star, her husband/manager is played by Tim McGraw (The Blind Side) who in real life is married to a hot blond country star
McGraw’s movie career has been pretty ‘lucky’ so far, Bullock and now Paltrow,.. rock on!
Also starring Leighton Meester and the man who you’ll see later this year in TRON LEGACY, Garrett Hedlund..
O By the way, that’s really Paltrow singing.. it’s not voice over.. that’s all her, with Vince Gill and Patty Griffin providing harmony vocals backup.. Could this be the next Oscar winner for Best Song?..
Soon after a rising young singer-songwriter (Garrett Hedlund) gets involved with a fallen, emotionally unstable country star (Gwyneth Paltrow), the pair embarks on a career resurrection tour helmed by her husband/manager (Tim McGraw) and featuring a beauty-queen-turned-singer (Leighton Meester). @Moviebuff…good call. In fact everyone in that movie did their own singing except for Scott speedman. He didn’t singing anything.
