Renner and Arterton play the title’s characters. Famke Janssen plays the leader of the witches. Stormare plays the crooked lawman, the villainous town sheriff ‘Berringer’.
The crazy filmmaker behind zombie nazi movie Dead Snow, Norwegian director Tommy Wirkola came up with the idea to develop a twisted version of the classic tale titled HANSEL AND GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS, housed at Paramount.
The two characters and their gingerbread house have gotten themselves some drastic treatment, fast forward to 15 years later… those kids have grown up and became specialized bounty hunters out to kill the ugly ol witch!
