Here Are The Winners Of The 62nd Annual American Cinema Editors Eddie Awards! THE DESCENDANTS Vs. THE ARTIST

February 19, 2012RamaNo Comments, ,

This evening, American Cinema Editors announced the winners for its 62nd Annual ACE Eddie Awards for outstanding editing in 9 categories in film, TV and documentaries.
I thought it was gonna come down to HUGO Vs. THE ARTIST at the Oscars next weekend.. but apparently not.
Judging from tonight’s Eddie Awards winners, it looks like the Oscar for best picture is going to be either THE DESCENDANTS or THE ARTIST..
The same goes for best lead actor category, because both Clooney and Dujardin have the same chance of winning.
And my dream to see KUNG FU PANDA 2 win best animated features sadly seems to be a distant dream now because all attention is on RANGO.
The Descendants filmmaker Alexander Payne received ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year Award
