Holy Smokes! MADAGASCAR 3 & 4, KUNG FU PANDA 3, 4, 5, 6 And HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 3 Will Happen!
Prepare yourself for some DreamWorks Animation brain freeze! Its head honcho Jeffrey Katzenberg revealed to Empire that there’s supposed to be a total of 4 MADAGASCAR Movies, 6 KUNG FU PANDA movies and also at least 3 HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON movies..
“So today I can tell you pretty succinctly where Madagascar goes. Ultimately they will come back to New York, and they will come to terms with that, which they will do in this next chapter. Because of the way that movie concludes there’s probably one more for them…”
“Yeah, there’s probably a fourth there. Kung Fu Panda actually has 6 chapters to it, and we’ve mapped that out over the years. How To Train Your Dragon is at least three: maybe more, but we know there are a least three chapters to that story. There are actually 8 books.”
But there are elements of them that actually… as you know, there are many islands in the world of Berk, and different things there, so we’ll see. But right now, today, we know that there are three for sure that we want to tell and there may be more. We haven’t thought, you know, how do we continue beyond that.”
I’ve never read Cressida Cowell’s DRAGON book series so I have no idea what Katzenberg meant by those other islands.. do you?
KUNG FU PANDA 2 is already set to open on May 27th, 2011 and they’re going to add 4 more movies, for a total of 6 Skadoosh!!!
MADAGASCAR 3 is already set to open on May 18th, 2012. That installment will leave open a conclusion, bringing Alex the lion and his gang back to New York zoo where they started. And expect the 4th movie to arrive after that.
HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2 is expected to arrive in 2013 and it will only be followed by at least one additional film.
We’re not just in a decade of Pixar sequels.. we’re also in a decade of DreamWorks’ mad mad mad sequels

After loving the first Kung Fu Panda, and the second one owning all kinds of awesome, I’d be up for four more if they’re of the same quality. Madagascar 3 I’ll give a shot since I didn’t think the second one would be good but ended up even better.
Um…..I’m not sure to believe this or not. Ok, I’ve heard that Madagascar will have a third film and that how to train your dragon will get a second film but four more kung fu panda stories? thats just a bit hard to believe. The only films that I know of that have six films or more are Harry Potter and the Narina series. But saying that everyone seems to love kung fu panda and everyone who has seen the second film and its ending will know that film three is on its way.
What you have said so far has turned out to be the truth, you must be getting the information from someone at dreamworks or maybe you are guessing and happen to be lucky enough to get everything right.
But for now I will hope that what you have wrote is true and I will look forward to seeing the films on the big screen.

You see Kung Fu panda may possibly have six films in total but it dosen’t nesicarily mean that the movies will be good! The only one who has succeeded with all their movies being great was Harry potter and they had seven!!!!!! Wow! but they might be good if they even make six…

yes its true cause jeffrey one of the creators said there is going to make 4 more kung fu panda movies. No one knows yet, but seeing the time frame in between the release of KFP and KFP2, I would guess sometime in 2013-14. c:

Well I honestly think there will be a Kung Fu panda 3 but I don’t know about 4,5,and 6. I doubt it about Madagascar but I did hear there’s gonna be a show about Kung Fu panda on nickelodeon. I’m not to sure about that either. However Kung Fu panda three I bet has to do with po making a BIG decision. He can either stay home with his dad and continue doing Kung Fu with the furious five or he can go back with his real dad and have a whole different life with his birth parents. P.S. I know for sure that the tigress cares for po and is so falling for him! but I don’t think they will make them a couple. I mean really a panda and a tigress that would be messed up! Anyway there will be a Kung Fu panda three I guarantee it! <3

will kungfu panda 3 have in it where po and the furious five go on a journey so po can be reunited with his family and would have to fight some big bad guy to gether after they are reunited but also have to fight enemies while on the journey to be reunited?
I don’t get what is so special about KFP? He says awesome like 100x in one sentence. The first one is not bad but the series on Nickelodeon is TERRIBLE
i heard chuck norris might be in kung fu panda 3. i’m not sure what animal he is going to be. there was talk about him being a unicorn, but i’m not so sure. i do think he will be the bad guy. because you only live because chuck norris lets you live!
AHHHH Madagascar is my movie man! The first one to me was good idky everyone thinks the second one was bad stupid critics it;s not for them it’s for the general audience to decide. But when Alex and the others found their homeland and met his dad it was very touching although they said it resebles the Lion King (the #1 movie of all time). I love the Lion King so Alex the lion is my character. I heard the third one is comming out June 8th 2012 and the script is that they are going on a secret traveling circus to hide themselves from some animal control to get back home and help the circus performers the real definition of performance Madagascar style. Rumor has it that Alex will find love and that they possibly won’t make it back to NY until some rumor fourth movie. But seriously people wait till the movies come and stop overrexaggerating. The only people who know the beginning and end are the creaters ok? You’re not going to die I’m just as anxious as all of you are.
The shows on the television for kungfu panda, the graphics are terrible and it just wrecks the story for on the series of the movies and po doesnt even sound like jack black so…. ya xD
