IMAGINE Steve Carell As Some Rock Star's Child

A rock star is about to sing the song Sweet Child Of Mine to Steve Carell. What the hell am I talkin’ about? Vulture said, Carell will reteam with CRAZY STUPID LOVE scribe Dan Fogelman (Pixar’s Cars, Disney’s Bolt) on a project that will be Fogelman’s feature directorial debut, titled IMAGINE
The story is like this, an aging sixty-something rock star ala Bruce Springsteen found a letter addressed to him from the late great John Lennon, revealing that he actually has a son who will be played in the movie by Carell.
I guess this could be kind of funny.. by the way, on an unrelated note, Sean Penn is playing a retired rock star in a separate movie THIS MUST BE THE PLACE.
On another, another unrelated note, Carell’s upcoming movie CRAZY, STUPID, LOVE has been retitled to CRAZY. STUPID. LOVE, I kid you not, that was not a joke. That’s all they changed, the punctuation. Unfreakinbelievable.
