Jennifer Garner And Anna Faris In THE BACHELORETTE PARTY

According to Pajiba, Jennifer Garner and Anna Faris are set to star in a romantic comedy that’s been described as The Hangover for the ladies, titled THE BACHELORETTE PARTY, produced by Peter Segal (Get Smart), Nicole Kidman was once attached to this project. Here’s the plot…

“A high-school teacher recently left at the altar must now send off her uptight cousin with a huge bachelorette bash. The cousin is marrying the teacher’s best male friend. During a drunken bachelorette party, the uptight cousin betrays her fiance with a drunken indiscretion, leaving the teacher to decide where her loyalties lie.”

Judging from that plot, which one do you think Garner plays and which character is best suited for Faris?

Back in November, it was announced that Isla Fisher will also be in her own female The Hangover movie called DESPERADOS about “a woman sends an indignant e-mail to her new beau, who’s gone silent after they have sex. When she discovers he’s comatose in a Mexican hospital, she races south of the border with her friends in tow to intercept the e-mail before he recovers.”

Hmm… two projects that have called themselves the female version of The Hangover.. sounds like we’ve got a case of Armageddon Vs. Deep Impact again in our hands.
The problem is that THE BACHELORETTE PARTY is scripted by Karen Lutz who’s adapting from her own novel, Lutz penned The Ugly Truth… Yikes! That movie had its sexy moments but it crashed and burned halfway through the end.
