Usually at the Oscars, they’d show a montage clip remembering the faces of cinema-related people who died in the past year. But at this year’s ceremony, the 82nd Annual Academy Awards, according to Deadline Hollywood, John Hughes will get a special separate tribute. Because the show’s producer Bill Mechanic, co-host Steve Martin (Planes Trains & Automobiles) and Alec Baldwin (She’s Having A Baby) have all worked with the late great writer/director/producer who brought us such classic as Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Weird Science, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.
