Jonah Hex Will Still Open On June 18th…Trailer Arrives On April 29th

Apparently there’s a rumor the other day, via Vulture, a rumor heard by the guitarist/singer of heavy metal Mastodon, Brent Hinds, recording the soundtrack for JONAH HEX, saying that the movie isn’t ready yet. Well ya know what Hinds. But Collider says today that the graphic novel adaptation starring Josh Brolin and Megan Fox will still hit theaters on June 18th..
Along with that the trailer for JONAH HEX will arrive on SyFy channel on the evening of April 29th,.. it will hit the web that very same day and it will be attached to A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET which opens the day after.. and you bet your movie-lovin’ ass it’s going to be available here at Rama’s SCREEN as well the very second it’s online.. so stay tuned…

Josh Brolin plays the scarred, rough-and-tumble gunslinger bounty hunter tracking a voodoo practitioner (John Malkovich) who wants to raise an army of undead to liberate the South. Megan Fox plays Leila, a gun-wielding beauty and love interest of Hex. Will Arnett will play a Union soldier who enlists Hex and is blindsided by the dirty fighting style of his enemies. Michael Shannon will play Doc Cross Williams, the bizarre ringleader of a brutal gladiator circus event. Directed by Jimmy Hayward (Horton Hears A Who)

Jonah Hex (Josh Brolin) is a scarred drifter and bounty hunter of last resort, a tough and stoic gunslinger who can track down anyone…and anything.
