Kate Beckinsale And Len Wiseman Are Back For UNDERWORLD 3D?

Last we heard, UNDERWORLD 4 will happen in 3D. The third movie last year was a prequel starred Rhona Mitra. According to a recent article in Variety, Sony’s Screen Gem simply titles it UNDERWORLD 3D and Len Wiseman will return to direct. Hottie Kate Beckinsale previously said she didn’t know much about the project, hinting lack of interest because she thinks her daughter doesn’t need to see her bottom in rubber anymore…

Bloodydisgusting reported that Beckinsale is expected to star in UNDERWORLD 3D but she’s currently trying to find a way out of the project..

Kate Beckinsale will in fact be starring in Underworld 3D, assuming she can’t work her way out of the deal. What do I mean? Well, sources tell us she’s trying to find a way out of the film — or at least have a smaller role in order to “pass the torch” to one of her kindred (yes, she has not one, but two daughters at this point).

What is her freakin’ problem? Doesn’t she know that Whiteout was a lame thriller? And yes she’s attractive but she’s not that great of an actress? So for pete’s sake, just milk this franchise for all it’s got, Kate! And pull the same stunt that Ford, Sly, Bruce are doing with theirs! After all, the rest of us still wants to you in rubber.
Well, in either case, she better decides fast because Screen Gem has scheduled UNDERWORLD 3D to hit theaters on January 21st, 2011
