Leo Howard To Play Young CONAN

Now that the Hawaiian born Jason Momoa is set to play the new CONAN in the new take directed by Marcus Nispel, you would think since they’re going with a tanned actor that they’d also cast a young actor with similar skin tone to play CONAN when he was a kid. I stumbled upon that picture above online and I couldn’t help but think that maybe they cast the wrong kid for The Karate Kid remake, either that or wouldn’t it be great if Jaden Smith and Leo Howard could be in a movie together where they’d fight each other in a duel to the death. A pretty messed up idea but an epic one I might add.
Howards’ role in CONAN will be “the audience’s first introduction to Conan for the first 15 minutes or so.”
By the way, here’s some fun fact, according to his IMDb, Howard is a champion of martial arts, he has been doing karate since he was 5. In other words, you don’t wanna get on this kid’s bad side.
Momoa will play the adult CONAN, production will start next month in Bulgaria.
