New Scanned AVATAR Images
August 26, 2009RamaNo Commentsavatar, James Cameron, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Zoe Saldana
If you’re getting tired of AVATAR by now, I hope you can hold it longer because everything about that movie will keep hitting the web consistently until the opening day, even after that, there will still be influential people posting opinions about it that we might want to pay close attention to. The latest issue of Empire UK will feature this 3D epic by director James Cameron but of course, Marketsaw already got its hands on some images scanned from the magazine.
The website sounds euphoric like a kid in a candy store, can’t stop talking about the attention to details that Cameron has for his characters.

Here’s an excerpt..
Sigourney Weaver’s avatar – notice any resemblance? Wow – stunning. Note that Grace’s avatar is not as old here – Na’vi age much slower than humans in the story. Certainly nailed that nose of hers! And bloodshot eyes. Amazing.
Jake’s avatar (Sam Worthington) with some tribal paint on – obviously after he leaves the lab after entering his host’s body!
Notice the pores in his skin; the work in his eye’s pupils – spectacular work.
Zoe Saldana’s avatar looks damn good here. Again they are nailing the hardest parts – eyes, mouth…
The headpiece she is wearing and the level of detail in her hair and face boggles the mind. Truly a work of art
After seeing everything there is to know about AVATAR so far, are you one of those who can’t wait to see the movie or are you not completely sold yet? What would help convince you?
My friend Jeremy said that AVATAR might end up as an example where hype kills.
AVATAR opens December 18th, 2009
