New Set Photos Of Shyamalan’s AFTER EARTH With Will Smith

Because you want M. Night Shyamalan so much after that epic Last Airbender film. HAH! more like epically bad. But Shyamalan and star Will Smith have posted, via whosay and facebook, a bunch of photos from the set of their new movie AFTER EARTH, co-starring Will’s son, Jaden Smith.
They’re current filming in Costa Rica, what a beautiful exotic place, I’d like to go there someday and not meet Shyamalan..

Scripting job belonged to scribe Gary Whitta (The Book Of Eli), Shyamalan however rewrote it a bit as he saw fit. And then Oscar winning scribe Stephen Gaghan (Traffic, Syriana) was brought in to help polish this futuristic sci-fi project housed at Sony Pictures, produced by Overbrook

So ya, earth is not what it used to be, the father (Will) is injured and it’s up to the son (Jaden) to be the hero but once again, earth is not what it used to be, it is now a strange and dangerous place.
If all goes well, Kravitz will play Will’s daughter and Okonedo will play Will’s wife. Fuhrmann plays Jaden’s character’s friend, Rayna.
