No STOOGES And No CARTEL For Penn

I’m still on vacation. My friends and I are about to visit Sequoia national park. There’s this hot redhead who worked at the gift shop last time I was there so hopefully she’ll be there again so I can ask for her phone number.
Real quick now, next to STRETCH ARMSTRONG movie project, another WTF info of the year has been the casting of Sean Penn, Jim Carrey and Benicio Del Toro as Larry, Curly, Moe, in The Farelly brothers‘ movie THE THREE STOOGES.

But our prayer has been partially answered and there is a God because according to Hollywood Reporter, Sean Penn has officially exited the project on the reason of wanting to take a year off. I don’t blame him, I’d take a vacation too if I had 2 Oscars in the can and life was all well.
I still don’t see Carrey and Del Toro as Curly and Moe. How on earth are they going to pull this off is beyond me. But now they’re going to have to find another caliber actor to replace Penn, I said Caliber because Carrey and Del Toro aren’t just anybody.

the movie’s not biopic, it’s going to be another comedy with a separate story from the silly side world of Farrelly Bros. It’s expected to hit theaters in August 2010
The report also said that Penn has also exited the CARTEL drama for Universal.
