Via shocktilyadrop, the brand spankin’ new trailer for RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE in 3D premiered on G4′s Attack Of The Show and it has hit the web, you can watch it using the media player below. This one has more story and character than the previous teaser.
The website argued that the trailer is a bit confusing in that Milla Jovovich‘s Alice says the start of the zombie outbreak began 5 years ago,.. messing up the previous supposed timeline of the series.. Resident Evil: Extinction was set 8 years after Resident Evil: Apocalypse.

In the film, Alice (Jovovich) continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead takes them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead – and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.
