Romero Wants 2 More DEAD Films To Be Shot Back-To-Back

George A. Romero‘s newest zombie film Survival Of The Dead is already available on VOD before it hits theaters later this month, I still need to check that out, I just need to find the time and fresh credit card to watch it online.. legally of course. I’m a Romero fan so no pirating here.
Romero told Shocktilyadrop.com that he wants to 2 more DEAD films and shoot them back-to-back if schedule allowed and Survival did well at the box office.
Tackling 2 more, to him, would feel like bringing his family back together again.
Hell yeah! Romero is 70 years old, he might as well just keep birthing those zombie flicks like Clint Eastwood keeps giving us Oscar worthy flicks til either one of them dies… and becomes a zombie.. hey, that might happen in an alternate reality.
What Romero wants to do with 2 more DEAD films is to “continue to push the news ideas he’s applied to the undead in Survival.
By all means, Mr. Romero.. 2 or 3 or 4 or 100 more.. I’m your audience. If Matrix and Pirates can have their movies shot back-to-back, why not… THE DEAD!?
