Edgar Wright‘s new movie, SCOTT PILGRIM Vs. THE WORLD has yet to have a U.S. theatrical release date but The Playlist received info that the adaptation based on Bryan Lee O’Malley‘s graphic novel will find its way to U.K. theaters on August 27th, 2010. By the way, the image above is slashfilm‘s enhancement of the first look image we saw not too long ago.
The website went on to speculate that just like the way it happened with Inglourious Basterds, more than likely the U.S. release date for SCOTT PILGRIM Vs. THE WORLD might be one week earlier, which is August 20th
The release date of SCOTT PILGRIM in France is August 18th, and as you know, just like IRON MAN and AVATAR, the French always get to watch some movies a couple of days earlier than we do here in the states, so..
