Variety reported that screenwriting team Sean Anders and John Morris (Sex Drive, Hot Tub Time Machine) has been hired by Columbia to direct the comedy I HATE YOU DAD that serves as starring vehicles for Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg
This project marks Morris’ feature directorial debut, his buddy Anders helmed Sex Drive. Original script was penned by David Caspe with rewrite by David Wain and Ken Marino.

I HATE YOU DAD opens June 22nd, 2012. It’s a comedy starring Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg
The story “centers on a father (Sandler) who moves in on the eve of his son’s (Samberg) wedding and promptly begins feuding with the bride-to-be.”
