The superbowl spot for SHUTTER ISLAND showed up early and you can watch it using the media player below. After waiting for so long, I sure hope Marty Scorsese and Leo DiCaprio don’t disappoint me with this adaptation because if my favorite Dennis Lehane book didn’t get justice, there’s gonna be hell to pay.. maybe not, I can’t threaten the great Scorsese cause I’ll be the one end up getting wacked…

The story of two U.S. marshals, Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the coast of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island’s fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane.
