While we wait for the arrival of Darren Aronofsky’s NOAH movie starring Russell Crowe, on the other end of the spectrum, the new MOSES project, titled EXODUS by director Ridley Scott is casting more actors.
Variety said Aaron Paul, Sigourney Weaver and John Turturro have joined the cast of EXODUS starring Christian Bale as Moses and Joel Edgerton as pharaoh Ramses.
Weaver and Turturro will play Ramses’ parents.
Paul will play young Hebrew slave named Joshua who eventually leads the Israelites to the promised land after Moses.
Scripted by Steve Zaillian, Adam Cooper and Bill Collage, production will take place on locations in England, Spain and Morocco.
