Sigourney Weaver Says Bill Murray Might Be A Ghost In GHOSTBUSTERS 3

What would the world be without rumors? Sigourney Weaver who stars in James Cameron‘s upcoming AVATAR, had a chat with Channel 4 recently and revealed some possible SPOILERS for GHOSTBUSTERS 3 written by The Office scribes Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky. She said she wouldn’t mind being in the movie, she said her movie son Oscar has grown up as one of the new GHOSTBUSTERS team and, we’ve known for a while now that the old team will also make appearances in the third installment but here’s a shocker, Weaver says Bill Murray might be a ghost… Weaver is a great talent but I wouldn’t take her word too seriously for now. Murray as a fake zombie in Zombieland was awesome, I don’t care if he’s a ghost or human in GHOSTBUSTERS 3 as long as he’s a part of it, the guy’s a comic genius, it’s not GHOSTBUSTERS without Murray, but once again, take this with grain of salt for now…
What I’m worried about is the script, I can’t remind you enough that Eisenberg and Stupnitsky are responsible for Year One, which, in my book, is one of the worst movies ever made

“I’m afraid to say that it *is* happening, I hope people are excited about that,” she said. “I don’t know if I’m going to be in it, I have gotten a couple of calls asking ‘would you read the script.’”
“I know that my little son, Oscar – who was kidnapped from me – I think he has grown up to be a ghostbuster,” she added before spilling another, even bigger bit…
“I might be in it and I see nothing wrong with being in it, although I don’t think I will have a big part in it. I think Bill Murray has a little more to do with it – he might be a ghost.”
