THE ROAD 2nd Trailer

One month before its long overdue release, the 2nd theatrical trailer for my most anticipated movie of the year, THE ROAD has arrived, via Yahoo, and it gives a clearer explanation of what’s going on without giving away too much to those of you who may have never read the great Cormac McCarthy book. I like the CG look of the post-apocalyptic environment.
Esquire Magazine has called this adaptation ‘the most important movie of the year’
I hope director John Hillcoat doesn’t tone down the danger, suspense and the heart that the book has. As opposed to previous trailer, this one recognizes the lead actors. Check it out after this jump…
