Top 20 Films Of 2011 According To Roger Ebert
January 2, 2012RamaNo CommentsRoger Ebert

Took me long enough but it’s better late than never. I haven’t been a fan of Roger Ebert‘s since he trashed Ridley Scott‘s Gladiator back in 2000 but Ebert is still the most respected film critic in the world, so his opinions do matter.
And last month, he came up with his list of best 20 films of 2011. Of all his choices, the only movies I haven’t seen are The Mill And The Cross, Life Above All, Margaret, Trust, Le Havre, and Kinyarwanda. So I need to put hose on my must-rent list.
Taking the number one spot on Ebert’s list is the Iranian film, A Separation, it was a marvelous film in my book as well…
- A Separation
- Shame
- The Tree Of Life
- Hugo
- Take Shelter
- Kinyarwanda
- Drive
- Midnight In Paris
- Le Havre
- The Artist
- Melancholia
- Terri
- The Descendants
- Margaret
- Martha Marcy May Marlene
- Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2
- Trust
- Life, Above All
- The Mill And The Cross
- Another Earth
