Irresponsible charmer Arthur Bach (Russell Brand) has always relied on two things to get by: his limitless fortune and the good sense of lifelong nanny Hobson (Helen Mirren) to keep him out of trouble. Why do remakes alway change so much? Hobson goes from a man to a woman. Bitterman goes from a black guy to a Mexican guy. And Arthur goes from a short, drunk, funny playboy to a tall, sober, lanky snob…. who I hope is funny as well… but judging by the trailer, he’s not.
