Whoa! Brad Pitt May Get To Play PONTIUS PILATE

Last year I shared you info stating that WB has bought the PONTIUS PILATE script by Vera Blasi (Woman On Top), he’s the dude that gave Jesus away to the crowds’ demand for Christ to get crucified.
The story would tell of how Pilate came to power, his arrogance and also desperate need for public approval when deciding the fate of a 33 year old rabbi. A bunch of new testament characters like John The Baptist and Mary Magdalene are said to be part of the story too.
Well, today Deadline reported that Brad Pitt is considering the lead role.
I think Pitt is a fantastic actor but he’s too much of a good lookin’ person to play Pilate, besides, weren’t Pilate always portrayed by bald actors in previous adaptations including The Passion of The Christ?!
Pointius Pilate that has Brad Pitt’s looks would just be weird.
I think this is a job for an older, more caliber actor, like well, anybody but Brad Pitt
