Fox does want a X-MEN: FIRST CLASS sequel, studio wants director Matthew Vaughn to return to helm, we all know that. The prequel was one of last year’s most well-reviewed films and it did fantastic at the box office, banking $353.6 Million worldwide.
Superherohype asked Michael Fassbender who played younger Magneto to see if he’s signed on to do the sequel..
“I have no choice. They contracted me for two options. I gotta get down with it,”
“We’re at the ground level, but yeah I think there’s going to be another one.”
‘Gotta get down with it’? well, somebody’s hip, huh?!
Fassbender had a great year last year with Shame, A Dangerous Method, and X-Men: First Class.. and it looks like the streak would continue with this year’s Haywire and Prometheus.
